A friend of mine was looking to get some pictures that he might be able to use on his CV, having just bought a new Canon 1D Mark IV for the coming football season I was dying to put it to use.
I kept it fairly simple using two (at times one) off camera Canon Speedlights. The key light being used with an Ezybox softbox while the background or kicker light being used either bare or with a bounce umbrella.
The camera didn’t disappoint and now I’m dying to get it out a sports match and see how all the advanced AI Servo functions hold up.
